Wahana menggunakan teknik field verifikasi yang akurat yaitu informasi dari pihak ketiga tentang keberadaan pemohon kredit & agar hasil kualitas verifikasi sempurna, Wahana melakukan QUALITY CONTROL untuk feedback performance surveyor : memeriksa apakah surveyor berlaku sopan, tidak meminta imbalan dari calon kastemer, tidak memberikan janji-janji, memerika seragam khusus Wahana, menunjukkan surat tugas / ID card dan pengisian hasil survey uang akurat.
